How it works.

• You speak to our helpdesk, based here in the UK. And they will take your details and if available pass you through to your engineer. You can find our terms and conditions for Remote Managed IT here.


• The engineer will carry out further diagnosis with you and if necessary will log onto your PC or server and remotely diagnosis and resolve the issue.


• You can make the decision to sit there and watch the engineer work or you can get on with other things and leave him to it.


• At the end of the month you will receive a report showing you how many times you called, how much time you used, what is left and many other things. The report gets more detailed depending on the number of different services you have purchased from us. See an example here.

What if I need an engineer to visit on site?

• If it is really necessary, and occassionaly this does happen, then we can arrange for an engineer to visit site to resolve certain issues. Our engineers can be used on a pay per use instance and can provide
  • Faulty hardware repair and maintenance
  • Hardware installation and configuration
  • Software installation and configuration
  • LAN installation and configuration


• Prices start from £125 call out including the first hour on site and then £75 per hour (or part of) there after. None of these prices include the costs of any parts or equipment which is needed to facilitate the provided function. We can only provide an engineer in most of England and Wales - we will let you know at time of booking if there will be an issue.


• It may be necessary to take equipment offsite to reconfigure or repair. Also, it may not be possible to repair all equipment. Especially if it is unique or old.


• Depending on the nature of the diagnosis by our engineer it may be necessary to charge higher rates for an on-site visit. We will always do our upmost to give you an accurate quote on the possible work involved. Also, if the engineer finds other issues he will let you know before continuing so you can make an informed decision on whether the work should continue.
